Cracking the Code: How We Create HD 3D Crystals

Curiosity gives birth to innovation. At 3D Crystals, we never settle for something that’s just good enough. We always have the fire in us that drives us to look beyond the surface and truly understand how some things work. And that is how we transformed our 3D Crystal photos to HD 3D Crystals. A sharper, brighter, and more detailed version.

The Secret Behind the Shine

Instead of using the standard point spacing for engraving, our process takes precision to a whole new level. Using our proprietary Cockpit3D software, we can control how the laser points are distributed inside each crystal. We compress them closer together to create exceptional clarity and depth.

Here are the key points of our HD formula:

· 0.07 mm spacing on the X & Y axes (tighter than the industry standard of 0.08 mm)

· 0.07 mm spacing on the Z axis (instead of 0.20 mm)

· 8 layers × 5-factor blend × diffusion of 2 — creating ten times the density of standard engraving

With this advanced point-placement technique, we turn ordinary crystal pictures into high-definition masterpieces. As a result, our 3D Crystals glow with lifelike sharpness, highlighting every minute detail from jewellery stones to thin hair strands with exceptional clarity.

Precision Meets Passion

Our unique point-assortment system through Cockpit3D ensures that such density does not cause the standard crystal to break. It ensures stability while maintaining precision. This is what makes our crystals stand apart worldwide.

A Message from Our Founder

As our founder, Riyaz Datoo says, “No innovator accepts the status quo. It takes drive, determination, and a hunger to make things better.”
